She started out with some fitness programs such as P90X, Insanity, T25 and at times joined some Zumba classes which all result in succes, but never felt as challenged as she was when she adopted the CrossFit Methodology. Through CrossFit training, Fellon has seen her clients achieve real results. Not only do they look fitter and stronger, but their increase in strength is evident in their daily lives. Fellon’s philosophy is to train body movements so that an individual becomes efficient, effective and injury-free in what they do, whether it be work, supplemental conditioning to sports, getting back into shape or the spur of the moment demands of life, work and everyday activities.
